Don’t know where to get started? I’m here to help.  With an experienced and trained eye, I can help you through all your design dilemmas.  If your budget doesn’t allow for thousand of dollars in design fees, but you can use some assistance to make your space inspirational, then my virtual design services are just for you.

Color Consultation:

Whether you are into big bold statement colors, monochromatic neutrals or just pops of color here and there, I can help you choose a color palette for your room that will inspire you.  Nothing sets the mood of a room like the color on the walls.  My color consultation includes wall colors, trim and molding colors, ceiling color and floor coverings.

I work around existing choices, such as carpet and furniture, or I can work on a completely blank slate.  I can suggest paint colors from your preferred paint brand, including the major paint brands found at your local home improvement store to the “green” paint brands without VOCs.  I can even suggest custom paint colors if your preferred brand does not have the perfect hue to meet your needs.

The lighting of the room is very important as colors will look different at various times throughout the day and with various light sources.  Therefore, I ask that you send  pictures of the room at three different times of the day, with the lights on and off. Need a bit more direction?  In addition to helping you choose to the perfect color pallette, I can assist you with all your decor choices, from furniture to accessories.  I will work within your budget to select pieces that are readily available from national  and/or on-line retailers.  I create one-of-a-kind spaces by combining pieces from large retailers with unique finds from trusted independent sources (i.e., Etsy), as well as, some DIY tricks of the trade for easy customization of stock pieces.

My inspiration boards will serve as a shopping guide to help you create a unique but cohesive living space.  Each inspiration board will be tailored to fit your needs.  Whether you are looking for a quick update using existing furnishings or a complete overhaul, I will provide you with the level of guidance you desire.  Accompanying each inspiration, will be a detailed set of instructions on how to execute our joint vision for the room, including placement of the items and options for customization.
